Return and Refund Policy


Our products are digital software downloads. Because of the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once a product has been supplied, downloaded, accessed, activated, or a licence key has been issued.


If the software is faulty, materially not as described, or does not function substantially in accordance with the product description on a supported system, please contact us at beardymanagement@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and include your order number, system details, and a description of the issue.


We will review the issue and may ask for reasonable information to help us verify and troubleshoot the problem. Where appropriate, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing technical support, a fix, workaround, update, replacement download, or replacement licence key. If we are unable to resolve a genuine technical fault or material non-conformity within a reasonable time, we may issue a full refund.


Refunds are not normally available where:

 

  • the product works substantially as described;

  • the issue arises from incompatibility with systems or software not listed as supported;

  • the issue arises from user error, third-party software, hardware, or operating environments outside our stated requirements;

  • the customer no longer wants the product after delivery, download, access, or activation.

 


This 30-day faulty-product refund policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.


For customers in the European Union, by purchasing digital content for immediate download or access, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw or cancel once supply of the digital content begins, except where required by applicable law.


Where a refund is agreed, it will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
