Digital Delivery

All Termite Audio products are digital downloads and are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

After purchase, your product will be supplied by download link, licence key, account access, email, or another digital delivery method. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for checking spam or junk folders if fulfilment emails do not appear.

We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect customer information, email filtering, third-party platform outages, internet connectivity issues, or incompatibility with unsupported systems.

For digital content, supply begins when we send the download link, make the product available in your account, issue a licence key, or otherwise provide access.
